Is there a group discount?

Yes, there are progressive discounts based on the number of attendees from a single organization. Two and three attendees 15%. Four and Five attendees, 20%. Five or more attendees, 25%. The discount is above and beyond any promotional discounts in effect.

Are early bird discounts available?

Early bird rates ended October 31, 2023

Is there a hotel discount?

Yes, with limited space so please register early

If I book my ticket online, how do I collect my ticket?

After payment is received, a confirmation email is generated automatically. Upon arrival at the conference, the registration desk will have a badge prepared along with a gift bag and conference agenda.

Can I register online, and then buy a ticket to the event when I arrive?

The best alternative is to send an email to: contact@thewellnessconference.org and request a seat be held.. A ticket must be purchased before thirty days of the event. Tickets can be purchased on the day of the event if seats are available.

Where can I review my registration information?

After payment is received, a confirmation will be sent to the email on file.

I can’t pay by credit card; is there an alternate payment method?

  • Yes, we accept Purchase Orders and checks. Please email the Conference at: contact@thewellnessconference.org, and in the subject line, write Alternate Payment Form. We will email a form. 

I have unique accessibility needs/dietary requirements; can you accommodate me?

Is there a dress code for the event?

  • The dress code is business casual.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?

  • Yes, a full refund is available up to 120 days before the event. A fifty percent refund is available up to 90 days before the event. There is no refund within ninety days of the event.
